Issue Management Software Can You Recommend A Good Contact-management Software?

Can you recommend a good contact-management software? - issue management software

Hello.
I have a small business, and I need software to manage my contacts. That's what I do:
I relate to many people in my work. You need a file for each person that I can write notes on this person. This is the most important thing that I need.

The price is not a problem. What is the best program that does this mean?

Microsoft Outlook. No Outlook Express, Outlook, but complete. This is the last commercial e-mail, calendar and program management of contacts. If you use Outlook (not likely, if you have Microsoft Office), then I recommend Mozilla Thunderbird, which is free to download. Although there is no specific timetable, but a good contact management.

Google Search: free personal information manager

You may not need a paid version.

Then, the Google search for: Personal Information Manager

For a complete list.

Then you decide to recommend to many.

Microsoft Outlook is also recommended. He has exactly what you want, but you can customize. For example, I'm in Microsoft Access, which actually, with competent templates for various applications of recipes, books address. The great thing about Access is that it is individual. You can create reports to see the list of all entries for a particular client or the city. You can start almost anything with it. I have learned to use the program on the website of Microsoft Office. They have free training materials and games. You can set up discussion forums for more information.
