I make my own rub, 1 McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning tablespoons
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon oregano leaves

Mixture of both, and their flesh to run.

Use equal parts of onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, black pepper and salt. mix them all together and store in an airtight container. Cheaper than commercial and preservetives not.
